According to President Tokaev, every decision, every project should be considered in terms of its benefit to the state. The desired results can be achieved through active actions in various areas of public activity.
The imbalance between monetary and fiscal policy must be overcome. A solid basis for solving this question is the fact that the National Bank of Kazakhstan, according to international experts, is one of the most profitable among resource-rich countries. According to President Tokaev, a new law on banks is needed to meet the current challenges to stimulate economic activity and the further dynamic development of the financial-technological sector. To improve the financial system, it is necessary to restart the Tax Code. It is important to simplify the code so as to eliminate the possibility of different interpretations of the rules. President Tokaev emphasizes the need for effective management of the National Fund. The funds of the National Fund should primarily serve the interests of Kazakhstan and be used to achieve strategic goals, and not serve foreign financial institutions.
Another challenge is improving the investment climate and business conditions. The full development of the country's industrial potential related to the processing of local raw materials continues to be an important task. An important element of economic development is the petrochemical industry. Another main task of the government remains the gasification of the population and the economy, as well as the construction of appropriate infrastructure.
As part of the process of improvement and protection of the population, the president states that the work on providing the country with qualified personnel, improving the system of health care and social assistance and environmental protection must continue. A guarantee for the improvement of these processes is the increase in the efficiency of state administration, as well as the establishment of the ideology of law and order in society.
The President of Kazakhstan emphasizes that the positive development of the processes in the country are part of the foreign policy positions and actions aimed at protecting the sovereignty and national interests of the society.
