For a long time, there is nothing original in the "If the elections changed anything, they would ban them" joke. With us, this is already a rule.
Elections, as we see, rhythmically fall from the sky, increasingly lightening in value. They already bring only horror by guessing what idiots will rank this time at the will of the manipulations and naive sovereign to determine our quality of life, except to live a few months in a budget manger and serve their leader.
