The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that Hamas' armed wing - the Izzedine al-Qasm Brigades - has handed over to Shin Bet counterintelligence agents through the Red Cross in the Gaza Strip the remains of another of the hostages kidnapped in the terrorist raid in Israel on October 7, 2023.
The coffin with the body will be delivered to Israel for identification. If it is positive, the bodies of 12 hostages will remain in Gaza.
Their return is the last unfulfilled point of the first phase of Donald Trump's peace plan for Gaza, BNR reported.
