Six people were injured tonight in a massive Russian drone attack on the Ukrainian city of Odessa, the head of the Odessa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper, announced. According to him, damage was caused to energy and civil infrastructure, BTA reports.
„Six people were injured, two of them were rescued from flooded apartments. Another 33 people, including six children, were provided with psychological assistance after the night drone attack,“ Kiper said on his channel in the “Telegram“ app.
Air defense units managed to destroy most of the enemy targets, but the falling debris and the blast wave caused damage to civilian and energy facilities. Doors and glazing of seven apartment buildings, an administrative building and cars were damaged.
“Part of the Peresypsky district of Odessa was left without electricity. Emergency points are operating where residents can warm up and charge their phones,“ said the head of the Odessa city military administration, Sergiy Lysak. A city operational headquarters is operating, and municipal services are eliminating the consequences of the attack.
