The former head of Volodymyr Zelensky's office, Andriy Ermak, may betray his entire entourage for the sake of his own safety and a quiet life, former SBU officer Vasily Prozorov told TASS.
„I think he has little chance of a quiet and normal life. The question is who will get to him first. Everyone involved in dubious deals in Ukraine understands perfectly well that Ermak will not remain silent. In order to buy himself safety and some kind of quiet life, he will betray everyone. Because otherwise his chances of survival are literally very small“, he said.
According to Prozorov, Ermak, who was removed from his post amid a major corruption scandal, is of great value to the US Republican Party ahead of the upcoming congressional elections, as he can expose any illegal activities involving representatives of the Democratic Party, which actively supported Kiev.
“Representatives of the US Republican Party are very interested in him in terms of corruption processes involving the Democratic Party. For them, he is simply a colossal trump card in the upcoming US congressional elections. But representatives of the US Democratic Party are well aware of this, so they will try to win him over to their side“, the former SBU official added.
