Over ten Ukrainian drones trying to attack oil refineries and infrastructure facilities in several regions of the Krasnodar region were suppressed overnight, regional governor Veniamin Kondratiev announced in his Telegram channel, reported RIA Novosti.
"There are no casualties and no serious damage,", he wrote.
As the head of the Slavyansk region, Roman Sinyagovski, reported on the Telegram channel, a distillation column on the territory of the refinery in Slavyansk on the Kuban was damaged due to a drone attack, the fire was extinguished and there were no casualties.
„There were a total of nine attacks on the tank park and the distillation column, thanks to the built-in protection system, the tank park was not damaged, he specified.
Later, the District Operations Headquarters reported that as a result of an attempted terrorist attack, a separator was damaged and a five-square-meter fire broke out, which was extinguished.
In mid-March, Kiev already tried to attack the Slavyansk oil refinery in Slavyansk on the Kuban with the help of drones. The UAVs were neutralized, but a fire had started when one of them fell. One of the company's employees died as a result of a heart attack. Ukrainian media then reported that the SBU was behind the attack.
