A Ukrainian combat drone struck a refinery for oil processing in the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan after flying the "record" a distance of 1,500 kilometers within the framework of an operation conducted under the leadership of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), Reuters reported, citing an intelligence source, BTA reports.
The drone hit a catalytic cracking plant at the oil, petrochemical and fertilizer processing complex of Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, the source said. Russia earlier confirmed damage at the plant, but said the facility was operating normally.
