Israeli Air Force fighter jets attack again the southern outskirts of Beirut, where there are facilities of the Shiite organization Hezbollah, the local civil protection office said.
„Following airstrikes on Haret Horaik and Leylaki neighborhoods, Israeli planes have just hit the Gobeiri area, which is located near the highway to Rafik Hariri International Airport,” said a source in the service.
According to him, the explosion was so strong that it woke up residents living in the southwestern part of Beirut.
Earlier, Israeli jets struck the Dar al-Hura building, which houses an Islamic medical center owned by Hezbollah, in the Bir Abed district on the southern outskirts of the Lebanese capital.
„The attack began five minutes after the warning sent by the Israeli command to the residents of the southern neighborhoods,”, the source noted. “The Dar al-Hura building was hit by a missile”
Several explosions were heard earlier in the Haret-Horeik district, which was hit by airstrikes.
