Two-thirds of the writer Dimitar Talev's native house in Prilep is already purchased. This was announced on Facebook by Manol Peykov, who has been collecting funds to buy the property for a year. The remaining one-third is owned by a person who has no desire to sell it. The owner of the sold part, Snezhana Achevska, confirmed for NOVA that the deal was completed.
Peykov clarifies that the house is already owned by the registered non-profit foundation "Manol Peykov and Friends". 1374 donors participated. The amount transferred to the foundation's accounts was BGN 215,797 and 58 cents, adds Peykov.
We remind you, on May 26, a part of the writer's house was demolished. The suspicions are of an act of vandalism.
