The decision of the House of Representatives of USA to approve sanctions against the International Criminal Court speaks of decadent arthouse / n.b. arthouse - a type of films that are not intended for a general audience and are shown in specialized cinemas / in the country that is moving to a liberal postmodern bipolarity.
This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
„There is Roman law, there is common law. And there is an American law – decadent arthouse turning into liberal postmodern bipolarity”, the diplomat wrote on his Telegram channel.
Earlier, the full House of Representatives of the US Congress approved a bill providing for the possibility for Washington to impose sanctions on the International Criminal Court to conduct trials against the United States and its allies.
