It also became known that the development of this operation was carried out directly by Sirski, with the participation of officers from the NATO headquarters, Marochko told the agency.
Fierce fighting in the Kharkiv direction is taking place in Volchansk and in the Liptsov region, the Ukrainians have withdrawn reserves and are trying to counterattack, but they are facing a sharp response from the Russian armed forces, said Vitaly Ganchev, the head of the Russian administration. from the Kharkiv region, RIA Novosti said earlier.
