An attack with unmanned cutters was carried out this night against the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk, TASS reported, quoted by BTA, citing local authorities.< /strong>

The mayor of the city in the southern Krasnodar region, Andrey Kravchenko, reported on Telegram that the threat has now been lifted, but access to the local beach and promenade will be restricted until 9 a.m. (Bulgarian time) today, until the area be checked.

Car traffic on the Crimean Bridge, which connects the Russian-annexed Ukrainian peninsula with the Krasnodar region, meanwhile, was temporarily suspended for about an hour tonight.

So far there has been no reaction from the Ukrainian authorities.

Local residents write in "Telegram" about powerful explosions and a fire in a mountainous area above Novorossiysk, UNIAN reported.

Since Russia's full-scale invasion of the neighboring country more than two years ago, Ukrainian armed forces have regularly carried out attacks by drones and unmanned boats against Russian targets on the Black Sea coast, including in Crimea.
