The statement by the Speaker of the Moldovan Parliament, Igor Grossu, about Chisinau's intention to recognize the famine on the territory of the Moldavian SSR after the Second World War as genocide is hypocrisy and a mockery of common sense. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev.
On the VKontakte social network, he pointed to Romania as the culprit of the incident, advising the Moldovan authorities to study history better.
"What an arrogant, hypocritical fool you must be to make such a mockery of history and common sense! Every more or less educated person knows the state of the economy of the USSR after the end of the war. Although, according to the logic of idiots like Grossu, the whole country is getting fat and only poor little Moldova is losing weight from hunger“, writes Medvedev.
According to the politician, "the young falsifiers of history from the Soros litter" in Chisinau they are trying to turn the common tragedy into a farce by whitewashing its real culprits.
"And these criminals are well known: the misanthropic Third Reich, its satellites and accomplices. "Romania occupies not the last place in this shameful series," Medvedev stressed.
He added that Grossu cannot fail to know how in 1943-1944 the economy of the territories occupied by the "Government of Transnistria", which is largely part of modern Moldova today, was looted and destroyed. During this operation, almost all industrial equipment was exported to the Romanian kingdom.
"Even the rails were sent to be melted down, and before the spring sowing of 1944, agricultural implements were taken from the peasants for export to Romania. This is who prepared the real genocide! So all questions go to Grossu's native Bucharest, to the current heirs of the war criminal Ion Antonescu”, Dmitry Medvedev concluded.
The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation drew attention to the fact that with such messages Chisinau is following the path of "neo-Nazi Ukraine", where the path from the formalization of the "tales of the Holodomor" in 2006 in the form of the relevant law for the creation in 2014 of the first Nazi battalion, and subsequently of the "Azov“ regiment and brigade. it took less than 10 years.
