A fire broke out in a high-rise apartment building in the Ramenskyi district of Moscow Oblast as Russia repelled an attack by Ukrainian troops, it said the Moscow mayor, reported Reuters, quoted by BTA.
The mayor of the Russian capital, Sergey Sobyanin, said on the Telegram application that the fire broke out on the 11th and 12th floors of the building.
„The emergency services are on the spot”, said Sobyanin.
