Russia's Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu visited yesterday, Afghanistan, where he met with the top leadership of the country, reported TASS, quoted by BTA.
The expanded Russian delegation in Afghanistan, including Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Overchuk, had four meetings - with Deputy Prime Ministers Mohammad Abdul Kabir and Abdul Ghani Baradar, with Defense Minister Mohammad Yakub and with Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani.
Shoigu noted that many changes have taken place during the time the current Afghan government has been in power. During the talks, special attention was paid to the security - both economic and physical - of Russian business representatives.
