Exit poll: Sinn Fein narrowly wins Irish election VIDEO - 1

Ireland's main opposition party &bdquo ;Sinn Féin“ appears to be narrowly winning the general election produced on Friday, but her two main centre-right rivals are likely to have enough seats to govern again without her, an exit poll cited by Reuters and BTA showed.

The exit poll gives the left-wing “Sinn Fein” led by Mary Lou McDonald 21.1% of the vote, the center-right “Fina Gayle“ to Prime Minister Simon Harris exactly 21%, and to her coalition partner “Fina foil of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Defense Michal Martin – 19.5 percent.

„Fine Gayle” and “Fine foil“ promised before the election to try to form a coalition without Sinn Fein, just as they did after the 2020 general election when Sinn Fein also slightly ahead of them.
