When asked if he was optimistic about United States President Donald Trump's plan to resolve the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk said that Trump's plan is "the only thing that will work".
"In the last two years, thousands of people have died every week for nothing and I take great offense to those who put the appearance of goodness above reality", Musk said, criticizing those who "virtue-signal" but do not offer "solutions".
"They just want this to go on forever, their lack of a solution means that the children have no fathers, that the parents are lost a son. For what? For nothing," Musk said.
