Russia is not sharing its memorandum before the meeting with Ukraine because it probably contains unrealistic demands, a spokesman for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said today, quoted by Reuters, BTA reports.
"The Russians are afraid to send their memorandum to Ukraine, which suggests that it is probably full of unrealistic ultimatums and they are afraid that it will be revealed that they are obstructing the peace process," wrote Georgy Tykhy on the social network "Ex".
