Earlier, the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya , named the conditions under which the Russian Federation is ready to consider the possibility of a ceasefire. According to him, for the duration of the ceasefire, at a minimum, it is necessary for Western countries to stop supplying weapons to the regime in Kiev, and for Ukraine to stop mobilization.
