After a series of failures: SpaceX finally carried out a successful test with the mega-rocket Starship

The American company "SpaceX" (SpaceX) finally carried out a successful test with the mega-rocket "Starship" (Starship) developed by it after a series of technical failures, reported Agence France-Presse, quoted by BTA.

The giant, more than 120 meters high, took off from the private launch site of "SpaceX" in the state of Texas - "Starbase" (Starbase), shortly after 6:30 p.m. yesterday (2:30 a.m. Bulgarian time today). "Starship" successfully landed in the Indian Ocean a few minutes ago, it became clear from the live broadcast on the website of the company of Elon Musk - the richest man in the world.

This tenth test flight was carried out after three attempts in the air and one on Earth, which ended in an explosion - a series of technical failures that cast doubt on the real progress of the project, notes AFP.

"Starship" is the largest space rocket ever developed. It is designed for flights to the Moon and Mars.
