I think we made a good budget, we have 20 meters left to the finish line – from January 1, the euro will enter. This was stated by GERB leader Boyko Borisov to journalists in parliament.

Borisov made it clear that he will not back down from GERB's main goal – the country's entry into the eurozone, recalling that this was also the main goal for the party's participation in the current government.

I will in no way agree to compromise it before every Bulgarian withdraws money from an ATM in euros. After January 1, I will talk about resignations, then I will talk about protests, then I will talk about anything, Boyko Borisov said.

This is a geostrategic task, an extremely important task, and I want to see it through to the end, the GERB leader emphasized. He noted that all partners are aware of it.
