A serious accident with two victims and one seriously injured on the road between the villages of Cheshnegirovo and Popovitsa.
According to preliminary information, two cars collided head-on, and their drivers died on the spot – man and woman.
A passenger from one of the cars is in critical condition and was transported to hospital, reports Nova.
A team from the fire department with specialized equipment also had to intervene.
Until the inspection of the accident scene is completed, traffic in the area is closed.
The bypass route in the direction of Plovdiv is through Popovitsa – Villages – Boyars – Asenovgrad. Cars go to Haskovo via Sadovo – Bachelorette – Popovica.
