There is no deadline, in for the president to issue a decree to change the composition of the official cabinet. This was stated to BNT by the professor of constitutional law Assoc. Nataliya Kiselova.
According to her, the head of state was notified in advance of the planned reshuffle and will issue the decree for the replacement of the foreign minister tomorrow at the latest.
"The issue is pre-specified before the proposal is made public, so that the president can give advance consent. It is also possible without the consent of the president, but then a more serious problem may arise. Within the framework of today or tomorrow, he will issue a decree", added Assoc. Nataliya Kiselova.
