Information reached us, which was confirmed by the deputy mayor for finance, that the wife of a senior executive of the PP received a consulting contract, which was concluded without an open procedure.
This is what the metropolitan councilor from GERB-SDS Georgi Georgiev told NOVA NEWS.
He also commented on the scandal with OP “Cemetery parks”. Georgiev said that the head of the enterprise, Rumen Dimitrov, signed contracts with which he entered into a conflict of interest. The municipal councilor stated that GERB-SDS will file a report with the prosecutor's office.
Georgiev also commented on the resignation of the Deputy Mayor for Construction Ivan Matov. According to him, Matov's powers to award construction contracts have been revoked.
The municipal councilor believes that since Sofia has been governed by Vasil Terziev, there has not been a single new procedure for a large and medium-sized infrastructure object in the city.
Georgiev also analyzes the new project to change the traffic on “Patriarch Evtimiy” Blvd. in the capital. “Sofia cannot be saved, despite the wishes of the citizens. The colleagues from “Save Sofia” they impose exotic, experimental ideas, and the mayor of the city does not have it,” he said. Georgiev pointed out that not a single new kindergarten is being built, and the current ones are from the program of the previous mayor Yordanka Fandakova.
