Today it will be windy only in Eastern Bulgaria, and there will be showers and thunderstorms in fewer places, mainly in the northwestern half of the country, BNT reported.
Maximum temperatures will be higher - between 25° and 30°, in Sofia – about 25°.
On the Black Sea it will be sunny. A moderate south-westerly wind will blow and temperatures will also rise there – from 24° along the north to 28° along the south coast. The sea water temperature is still around 18° - 19°. The excitement of the sea will be weak.
In the mountains, after the sunny start of the day, there will be rain and thunder in the afternoon, but mainly in the massifs of Western Bulgaria. A moderate south-westerly wind will blow, temperatures there will also rise and the maximum on the highest peaks will be from 6° to 8°.
The rise in temperatures will continue into the weekend with sunny spells, isolated afternoon showers and thunderstorms in more places on Sunday.
