"Silistra and the other Danube cities are completely abandoned - something unforgivable for a northern border. Together with experts, we have developed a package of specific measures that cover a wide range of activities with the aim of: increasing national security in the Danube cities, revitalizing livelihoods, protecting land ownership, nature and improving infrastructure connectivity with the central part of the country and with Europe". This is what the candidate for member of the European Parliament Vyara Emilova said during the visit to her native region, quoted by the press center of the left.
Vyara, who was born and grew up in Silistra, knows very well the problems of Northern Bulgaria and over the years has actively participated in the resolution of many dilemmas in this part of the country. During her pre-election tour, she met with the people of Dulovo, Ishirkovo, Zafirovo and Tutrakan, discussing with them the improvement of the quality of life in the border areas and the care of young people.
"No to Europe in two or three speeds! Bulgaria must take its rightful place among the member countries and participate in the real determination of the future of the old continent. This is especially important now, when we are standing on the threshold of a major war and it is being waged only a few hundred kilometers from our Motherland," emphasized Emilova.
"Bulgaria is one! Our main goal as politicians is the preservation of peace first, then of our borders and as an element of our national security - care for the fertile agricultural land, development of the small settlements that preserve the Bulgarian language, traditions and spirit of our country" , she also said and defined as the primary task of every education administrator, because the "Golden Age" it did not happen overnight, but was systematically prepared for almost a century.
