At today's meeting, the official cabinet will consider a draft decision on the free provision of released state reserves and wartime stocks for the needs of 13 social services for the provision of residential care for the elderly and adults with mental retardation, functioning on the territory of the municipality of Veliko Tarnovo.

On the preliminary agenda is a draft decree approving additional transfers under the municipal budgets for 2024 to compensate for the expenses incurred by parents for the period March 1 – April 30, 2024 for the upbringing, education and training of children who are not admitted to municipal nurseries, nursery groups in municipal or state kindergartens due to a lack of available places. The proposal was submitted by the Minister of Health.
The Council of Ministers is also expected to vote on approving additional expenses under the budgets of the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the CEC.
