The president will assign the parliamentary group of party "There is such a people" (ITN) to nominate a candidate for Prime Minister, BNR reported.
The mandate will be handed over on July 29, Monday, at 12:00 to "Dondukov" 2.
Thus ITN gets the last chance to form a government in the 50th National Assembly.
After receiving the folder, Slavi Trifonov's party must decide whether to nominate a candidate for prime minister to try to form a cabinet.
There is no time limit in the Constitution in which the third mandate must be returned - fulfilled or unfulfilled.
ITN made statements that they intend to propose an expert cabinet and will invite all parliamentary formations to talks.
In just over 3 years, this is the sixth case in which President Radev has had to hand over a third mandate to form a cabinet.
In the first four cases, he handed it over to the BSP.
In March of this year, after the collapse of the so-called assembly of GERB and "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria", the president preferred "There is such a people".
The party of Slavi Trifonov, however, immediately returned the mandate unfulfilled.
After the breakup of "Greatness" at the beginning of this month "There is such a people" remained the smallest - sixth in number, group in the 50th National Assembly - with 16 deputies.
