10 neighborhoods in Sofia will be without heat due to the traditional prevention of the "Grounding" center and part of the heat transmission network.
Heating will be cut off at 9 a.m. on August 5 and will continue until August 16.
The prevention affects the metropolitan districts: “Lagera“, “Slavia“, “Buxton“, “Krasno selo“, “Borovo“, “Gotse Delchev“, “Motopista“, “Strelbishte“, “White Birches“ and “Monastery meadows - east”, as well as parts of the “Hippodrome” (in the carriage between Tsar Boris III Blvd., Ivan Geshov Blvd., Nayden Gerov St. and Sofiyski Heroi St., Tsar Boris III Blvd., &ndquo; Vidlich and Kyustendil Street).
From “Heating" announced that an annual revision and repair of main and auxiliary facilities in the plant will be carried out, as well as replacement of depreciated fittings, with the aim of ensuring an accident-free heating season 2024/2025.
