In "The day begins with Georgi Ljubenov" the Minister of Innovation and Growth Rosen Karadimov commented on the investigation into the credit affair of Rumen Gaitanski-Valka for the 150 million loan withdrawn from BBR. He emphasizes that this plot may be new to society, but as early as 2022, the prosecutor's office was contacted about the loan in question.
"Does the BBR in its current form make sense at all or should it be transformed, restructured or reformatted into something new that is a strong market instrument of the state". This was pointed out by Rosen Karadimov.

"Is there anything more normal than the state bank stepping in on electricity liberalization when it happens? Is there anything more normal than the state bank continuing to support the housing rehabilitation process? These are the real functions of the BBR".

When asked "who is the one giving out gifts like the loan to Gaitansky", the Minister of Innovation replied that it was the then leadership of the BBR. He added that even now there are problem loans that are not being serviced, but unlike BGN 150 million, they are oversecured. At the moment, the way in which the BBR functions, unlike in 2019, has nothing to do with lending to companies, Karadimov said.
"This is not possible because of the statute I have signed".
Rosen Karadimov explained that BBR will try to prepare a financial product, a market one, in which it will enable people who are in the public sector to partially use financial instruments for the money owed to them in case of early retirement.
About the elections, the minister said that there is a clear distrust among the citizens about the machine voting, many things and scandals have been layered in recent years. This mistrust must be overcome.
"We offer authentication of the machines with flash memory and software and support the process of controlling the exit of the machines from the warehouses. If we can check 150 machines now, there will be nothing more natural than that", commented Karadimov.
