Regarding the Law on Foreign Agents, Petar Petrov emphasized that there is no way that a scientist who receives money from abroad or a scholarship holder should fall under the blows of this law.
He added that if it is accepted in the first reading before the second reading, they will clarify that it is about the media and NGOs, which are agents of foreign influence.
"The law says that it is directed against disseminators of information and for people who form an opinion. Only by law can it be established that an idea that has been paid to be disseminated falls under that law. Thus, there will be consequences against those who spread it, and the only consequence is that they will be obliged to identify themselves, there will be no other restriction on their rights", comments Petar Petrov.
