This was said by the Minister of Health Silvi Kirilov at a press conference at the relevant ministry for the presentation of the finished visualization of the project for the National Multi-profile Children's Hospital, reported by BTA.
This is a project that has been waiting for its implementation for four decades, the Minister noted. A project that is important for everyone – not only for children and parents, for pediatricians, for healthcare professionals, for doctors, for young people who are yet to find their place in the profession, Kirilov added.
This medical facility will be the beginning of a new model that does not compromise on technology, conditions, quality, the Minister of Health assured. The future children's hospital is part of a system that is starting to change, step by step, project by project, not with promises, but with real actions, said Silvi Kirilov. When we invest in children, we invest not only in the future, but also in the confidence that this country can do more in healthcare and in every care for people, the Minister pointed out.
