An earthquake has been registered near Sofia, the National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography - BAS announced.
The earthquake with a magnitude of 2.9 was registered in the area of the town of Dolna Banya, Sofia region.
According to data from the NIGGG - BAS, the event of June 14, 2025, at 19:48 Bulgarian time, had an epicenter 10 km from Samokov, 30 km from Sapareva Banya and 50 km from Sofia.
