A herd of cows ran onto the road and caused an accident in the Gurkovo area. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. on Thursday.
The police in Stara Zagora specify that a car driven by a 21-year-old man hit a cow on the road after the herd suddenly ran onto the roadway.
The car hits one of the animals, goes to the right in its direction of travel and crashes into a roadside ditch.
A 26-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were traveling in the car. The woman was provided with medical assistance at the scene and released.
The driver was tested for alcohol use, the result was negative.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated. Material damage has been caused.
