A man was filmed bursting the tires of cars in a parking lot in the capital's Lyulin district. The footage was published by one of the victims on social networks. Nova TV tells about the case.
The man's face is clearly visible in the clips, which were captured by security cameras. He can also be seen calmly passing by, bending down and cutting or popping car tires with something in his hand. One of the clips also has a sound from which you can hear the popping itself.
The victims said that the front right and rear right tires of a total of five vehicles were punctured. Also, they know the man in the video, but he has not given an explanation as to why he did this.
Anastasia Hristova, who is also a victim, claims that the man was filmed 2-3 weeks ago again passing by and bursting car tires. Then he himself found his car with two flat tires and started asking if anyone knew who did this.
Anastasia Hristova filed a complaint with the police.
