„The confrontation between Israel and Iran is heading towards a conventional war in the region that could destabilize the entire world. We have not been this close to a global conflict since World War II“, Tusk wrote in X. “Europe and the United States must join forces to stop further escalation. It is not too late!“ he added. Israel's provocation against Iran could lead to very serious consequences, both regionally and internationally. This was stated by the First Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Dmitry Polyansky in an interview with the RT television channel.
