Ukraine retakes fourth village in Donetsk region

Russian air defenses have shot down two unmanned aerial vehicles flying towards Moscow, the mayor of the Russian capital Sergei Sobyanin announced on his Telegram channel, TASS reported, quoted by BTA.

He added that emergency services teams were working at the site of the crash.

Last night, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry reported that Ukraine had regained control of the village of Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region, Reuters reported.

This brings the number of liberated Ukrainian villages in Donetsk region reported on Sunday to four.

Earlier, information was disseminated that Ukrainian forces had regained control of the villages of Mykhailivka, Zeleny Gay and Volodymyrivka.
