The highest salary in the automotive industry is in Germany. Workers in the automotive industry in Germany earn an average of €62 per hour of work. That is, the salary of an assembly line worker is almost 10,000 euros per month.
In second place is the automotive industry of Sweden, where one hour of labor costs 48 euros. This amounts to approximately €7,680 per month. The French automotive industry closes the three most generous employers in the industry with 47 euros per hour.
In France, workers earn around 7,500 euros per month. For comparison, the average salary in Bulgaria is about BGN 2,000 per month - an amount that is equal to 1,000 euros, which is just over 6 euros per hour or ten times less than the salary in Germany.
