In the previous published material, certain aspects and subtle nuances of what at first glance seems like a public activity of a young man striving to build an image of a public figure, ready for anything to defend the lofty ideals he shares for exposing duplicity and falsehood in modern Western societies were shared. And as pointed out in the previous article, there is nothing reprehensible in this.
There is nothing wrong with expressing Russophile ideas and sympathizing with Russian culture, history, and the Russian people. But where is the watershed, the thin red line between pure and unforced sympathy for the culture of a people and dressed up in a seemingly selfless search for truth and deliberate assistance to a country with the clear awareness - even more so in the context of modern geopolitical processes - that your behavior will cause harm to your homeland or a third country.
In continuation of the topic discussed in the previous article, the focus will now shift to a meeting that has already been mentioned. It is a gathering,
held in 2017 in Paris, where, in addition to Boyan Stanislavski (in the small photo), the other participants also included the well-known Gojko Raičević (GOJKO RAICEVIC) and Milenko Nedelkovski (MILENKO NEDELKOVSKI) (in the photo).
From a quick review of foreign media, it is known that Raičević is engaged in public activities in his native Montenegro, openly defending pro-Russian theses. In In 2016, in Paris, he received a special award for his activities from the “Association of Independent Journalists for Peace” (Assoziation Journalisten im Kampf um den Frieden (AJKF), presented to him personally by the well-known French politician Jean-Marie Le Pen, known for his right-wing political beliefs. It should be noted and recalled that in 2024, data was made public, revealing that it was AJKF that was a pro-Russian organization used by Russian intelligence as one of the tools for influencing and pursuing Russian intelligence goals. The organization carries out this activity through financial grants, generously awarded to journalists throughout Europe under the pretext of supporting their media projects. Rajčević himself is the editor of the information portal “IN4S”, which is said to be one of the main channels for distributing pro-Russian and pro-Serbian propaganda in Montenegro.
The portal has been identified as disseminating disinformation - those about national and religious intolerance, hate speech.
The majority of articles published on the site support the policy led by Russian President Vladimir Putin, and publicly support Russian aggression in Ukraine. Raichevitch's name was first reported in articles in Moldovan media in 2023, and subsequently in September 2024, in which he was listed as a public figure associated with Russian intelligence. In the articles from 2023, the Moldovan media revealed Raichevitch's connections with Russian intelligence for publishing materials on his portal “IN4S” for a fee. The investigation also published a photograph taken in 2016 in which Raichevitch held a meeting with alleged Russian collaborators, among whom was recognized the notorious Anna Bogacheva, a member of the organization “Internet Research Agency", which will be described in more detail in the following lines.
The other infamous participant in the event is Milenko Nedelkovski, who is known for his anti-Bulgarian rhetoric and activities in his native Republic of North Macedonia, including even desecrating Bulgarian war monuments. (b.r. – the scandalous Macedonian journalist Milenko Nedelkovski became famous for his vandalism and breaking the memorial plaque on Kaimakchalan in September 2016. At that time, he received a summons from the court and said: “I assume that this is about the Bulgarians and their plaque that I broke on Kaimakchalan, but I am not sure about that. I do not know if this does not come from those who will take over the government of the country from tomorrow or from those who were in power until today.” Nedelkovski broke the plaque a few days after it was placed there a few days earlier. The battle at Kaimakchalan (September 12 - 30, 1916), part of the battles of the Thessaloniki Front during World War I, the armies of Bulgaria and Serbia faced each other. The Serbian side suffered about 4,600 casualties. Bulgaria lost about 2,000 soldiers, and almost 6,000 were wounded.)

In April 2024, Milenkovsky's name was included in a journalistic investigation published on the YouTube channel Robocal Rad by Moldovan blogger Ion Hargel, and subsequently shared by the Macedonian news site “koha.mk“. The investigation revealed that
Nedelkovsky applied in 2015 for approval of 5 grants funded by AJKF, totaling around 100,000 euros.
Immediately after his approval for the funds, he began actively publishing videos and texts spreading Russian propaganda and pro-Kremlin narratives. The journalistic revelations indicate that the Macedonian's activities in the period from 2015 to 2018 seriously influenced the polarization of Macedonian society at the interethnic level and there was a risk of endangering the security of the Republic of North Macedonia.
It turns out that within the AJKF organization, in addition to the already mentioned representatives of countries from the Western Balkans, Boyan Stanislavski also partnered with Russian citizen Svetlana Andreevna Boyko. In December 2023, journalistic publications from the website “disinfo.md“ highlighted Boyko's name as both the leader of projects such as “Material Evidence” and as an active participant in the organization of all events related to the activities of AJKF, which imposed pro-Kremlin theses and agendas at that time. Svetlana Boyko herself, along with 6 other Russian citizens, is identified as working for Russian intelligence, aiming to destabilize the government of the Republic of Moldova. Boyko herself was responsible for the budgetary side of the campaign to undermine the government in Moldova. In addition to the above-mentioned initiatives, Boyko is indicated as playing a key role in promoting pro-Russian ideas through a number of other projects implemented around the world.
Another well-known representative of AJKF, with whom Stanislavsky cooperates, is the already mentioned Russian citizen Anna Bogacheva.
The same is indicated as a direct participant in the operation organized and led by the Russian citizen Yevgeny Prigozhin, known to the world community as the “Lakhta Project". This is a project specially planned and implemented by Putin's Chef, aimed at conducting information and psychological operations against the EU countries and the so-called Collective West.
Bogacheva, together with 13 other Russian citizens, are accused of participating in the St. Petersburg-based organization “Internet Research Agency”, defined as a troll farm, creating and distributing propaganda materials.
In addition to his active participation in the AJKR organization, Boyan also develops active public activity in our country. As part of his joint activities with Maciej Wisniewski, he created in 2016 the publishing house “BARRICADA”, publishing materials on the official website “www.barikada.org”. As can be seen from a review of the media content of the “BARRICADA” project, both a Bulgarian and a Romanian version of the site was created. The Romanian site is organized by the Romanian Maria Cernat, who is currently not functioning, and the last material published on it is from June 27, 2024.
As can be seen from an analysis of the content presented by “BARRICADA“, it is of a distinctly pro-Russian and anti-Western nature, similar to what is presented on the “www.strajk.eu“ page. The “BARRICADA“ IC itself gained publicity in 2017 on the occasion of the public tension caused by the distribution on the territory of Bulgaria of a pro-Russian propaganda documentary called “Donbas Spring“. Officially, the authors of the film express a desire to show the life of the people of Donbass in the conditions of war there.
This is how the thesis is imposed that the public image carefully built by Boyan Stanislavski as an irreconcilable advocate for the fight against inequality in the modern world by exposing the hypocrisy of the West is put under serious doubt. Whether the motives for Stanislavski's activities are not rather caused by his long-standing connections with individuals established in “warm relations” with Russian intelligence. Or whether he himself strongly shares “warm relations” with Putin's former colleagues.
The answer to this question should rather be obtained elsewhere.
