In the bill by Stanislav Anastasov, Pavela Mitova, Delyan Dobrev, for the first time the state becomes a "raider", nationalization is being carried out - forcible seizure of property over a commercial enterprise "Lukoil" by the state with the appointment of a so-called special manager. This was stated to journalists by the leader of MECH Radostin Vassilev about the submitted bill, which envisages the introduction of the figure of a special commercial manager in "Lukoil" - Bulgaria, reports BTA.
„We will now resist, but keep in mind that they have made a decision to steal „Lukoil“, said the MP. Asked who the special manager will be, Vassilev said: „Whoever chooses Delyan Peevski“.
This is not the German model, we must oppose, Vassilev also said. According to him, MECH and other formations in parliament were not invited in time to attend the extraordinary energy committee.
The MPs are discussing the case with „Lukoil“ - Bulgaria today, after the Swiss raw materials trader „Gunvor" (Gunvor) announced that it is withdrawing its proposal to acquire foreign assets of Russian energy company "Lukoil". "Gunvor"'s decision came after the US Treasury Department designated the company as a "puppet" of Russia.
