From November 10 to November 14, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., markings will be installed and the organization of traffic will be changed in stages in the section from the 14th to the 71st km of the Hemus Highway, in the direction of Varna. Passage in the active lane will be temporarily limited, and traffic will be in the free lanes.

This was announced by the “Road Infrastructure“ Agency, quoted by dariknews.bg.

During the same period, the markings will also be renewed in a section of the first-class road I-8 Sofia - Pazardzhik from the 89th to the 147th km, as well as in a section of road II-82 Sofia - Samokov between 62nd and 80th km. During the implementation of the activities, vehicles will not be limited, but drivers are required to drive with increased caution, to observe traffic rules and speed limits.

From November 10 to 13, traffic will be gradually limited in both tubes of the "Dupnitsa" tunnel on the I-1 Sofia - Blagoevgrad road in the area of the town of Dupnitsa.

The changes are necessary due to washing and painting of the walls in the facility.

From 8:00 a.m. on November 10 (Monday) to 7:00 p.m. on November 11 (Tuesday), traffic in the tube to Blagoevgrad will be limited. Traffic will be carried out along a bypass route along the street network of the town of Dupnitsa - along "Orlinska" ul. - "Tsar" ul. Osvoboditel" - ul. "Knyaz Boris" and joins road I-1 at the "Baikal" junction, indicated RIA.

From 8:00 a.m. on November 12 (Wednesday) to 7:00 p.m. on November 13 (Thursday) traffic will be diverted at the "Baikal" junction to the bypass route - ul. "Knyaz Boris" - ul. "Tsar Osvoboditel" - ul. "Orlinska", then continues along road II-62 and returns to road I-1.

The "Road Infrastructure" Agency appeals to drivers to strictly observe the posted road signs and to drive carefully, keeping a distance. To drive at a reasonable speed and not to undertake risky overtaking that endangers the safety of all other travelers.

Until November 14, temporary changes have also been introduced in the organization of traffic on the "Struma" highway in the Kyustendil region. The changes are necessary due to the implementation of activities related to improving the drainage of the route.

All citizens and transport companies can receive information about the current traffic situation from the RIA website - www.api.bg, as well as at any time of the day by calling 0700 130 20.
