A month ago there was an "explosion" in fuel prices, now things are calm. This was stated to BTV by Dimitar Hadzhidimitrov from the Association of Bulgarian Fuel Producers and Importers.
He added that a slight increase in diesel prices is expected within two weeks by 5-6 cents/l.
And he called on the authorities to allow the export of diesel fuel so that the price of diesel in Southeast Europe can drop at least a little.
"Lukoil" produces more than domestic consumption, said Hadzhidimitrov.
And according to him, Bulgarians have overstocked with fuel in recent weeks. Sales were nearly 25% higher.
He commented that society should not overstock with fuel, as there is sufficient supply.
The expert called on the special manager at "Lukoil" to start controlling the tenders for importing crude oil into Bulgaria.
