The deputies will vote on changes to the revenue and expenditure law, which extends the state budget for last year indefinitely, at first reading.
Until Tuesday, the deputies will be able to submit proposals for changes to it, and it is expected to be voted on finally on Wednesday.
The changes are expected to be related to the financing of municipalities, which currently do not even have capital programs. The bill also provides money under the "SAFE" mechanism, with which to finance the modernization of the Bulgarian army.
