Initially there was no representative of GERB in the hall, and Hamid Hamid attacked the chairman of the commission from PP-DB - Nikola Minchev, accusing him of acting absolutely illegally and against the rules. The reason for the criticism of the DPS deputy was that Minchev opened the commission without a quorum and a voted agenda.
"The commission was opened without a quorum, as long as we did an election campaign of PP-DB. There are rules, there are regulations. We deal with PP-DB propaganda. What is the agenda that you allow the commission to proceed?" Hamid asked.
After that, Hamid left the hall in a rage, and his place was taken by Manoil Manev from GERB. "This meeting cannot be held because the purpose of this committee is to hold hearings, and this committee does not have a quorum. Disband this circus! End this election campaign and let's officially start doing it right!", he declared.

This is not about clarifying the truth, is it about pre-election machinations?
