Instead of talking about politics and people's problems, we talk about voting problems. The political conversation cannot be replaced by a conversation about technology. This was stated before the BNR by the mathematician Prof. Mihail Konstantinov.
One of the roles of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is to respect vote traders, Mihail Konstantinov reminded. According to him, votes are bought in the "neighbourhoods", where socially excluded people do not know what they are voting for and "votes are sold wholesale - a well-established practice in Bulgaria".
Prof. Konstantinov predicts that "We continue the change"-"Democratic Bulgaria" they will have 50 MPs, "GERB will maybe raise the result a bit, and most of the MPs lost by PP will go to "Vazrazhdane", which will also have about 50 people's representatives.
"This grouping – PP-DB, shot themselves in the foot. They are going to an election where they will suffer losses. They are the only ones who lose by causing the election."
"We introduced them, but Europe threw them out completely. Only in Brussels and the surrounding villages do they vote by machine. Brussels is 1% of Europe. In addition, India, Bhutan, Brazil and Venezuela," he said about the machine vote.
These machines are out of warranty or will be at any moment. A classic with warranties is that if a machine breaks down, it will be at our expense. Nobody is responsible for these machines anymore, Konstantinov explained.
There will be no problems with the simultaneous holding of parliamentary and European elections, he believes.
