No one paid attention to the report of corruption for over 100 million BGN in the public order for the "Chiren" gas storage facility, and on top of that, we are being served Vladimir Malinov as Minister of Energy. They put it on purpose to cover the tracks.
This is what the energy expert Krasimir Manov told BNR and explained that he and other experts have reported to a number of institutions:
"We are talking about very serious things - corruption for over 100 million BGN, which this same Vladimir Malinov, as the executive director of "Bulgartransgaz", commissioned an audit by the public order of the internal auditor, who himself he has appointed in "Bulgartransgaz". When this auditor tells him not to change the constructions of the wells, the individual points of the public order, he does not comply at all, he even starts to pursue him with his management board and his technical expert board. On top of everything, they serve us this same Vladimir Malinov as the new minister. ... He is another energy minister who does not understand anything about energy, he is a lawyer".
Manov recalled that "the active participation of Malinov is visible" and in the leaked "Turkish Stream" Roadmap discovered by "BG elves" after hackers cracked the e-mail of an associate of Russian politician Alexander Babakov close to Vladimir Putin.
"Now things have come out about "Botash", a contract that was again signed by Vladimir Malinov, which is extremely detrimental to the national and energy security of the country. And with all their insolence, they serve us this person as minister of energy", stressed Krasimir Manov.
According to the energy expert, "all politicians are in omerta and that's why they keep silent" for "Botash", for "Turkish Stream".
