The Sofia District Prosecutor's Office prosecuted a woman for hooligan acts and threats of murder.
On May 23 this year around 1:00 p.m. in the parking lot on "Simeonovsko Shosse" Blvd. in Sofia, the accused H.K. while driving a car, brand "Kia", committed obscene acts, grossly violating public order and expressing clear disrespect for society - during a maneuver, she purposefully accelerated the speed of the car she was driving and aimed it directly at a car, brand " Toyota", driven by another woman.
As a result of his actions, H.K. caused a traffic accident and created a real danger to the health and life of the driver and other road users. The action in its content is distinguished by exceptional audacity.
H.K. threatened to kill the woman who was driving the "Toyota" car, telling her: "I will crush you!" I will liquidate you!".
In this case, pre-trial proceedings have been initiated for crimes under several articles of the Criminal Code. H.K. not convicted. A bail measure of BGN 5,000 has been taken against her.
