"I am quite sure that Ruzha Ignatova had protections, at least from one point on. I guess many places (around the world), but for here I can be pretty sure she had protections. Are they provided by Christophoros Amanatidis - Taki... There are deals between Rouza companies with companies close to Taki for millions. A part of it may have been deductions for these services," Stoyanov said.
In his words, the new investigation by the British BBC has revealed interesting details and new evidence in the case and specifically how she secured protection from Taki.
"According to my sources, and according to the BBC investigation, Taki was the person who provided her personal security. We do not know exactly when and how they met and on what occasion. But Ruzha probably literally paid for security," says Stoyanov.
"It's not just about physical protection like bodyguards. But Taki's network of connections at various institutions was also likely used to secure her information about possible investigations against her.
"We can assume, given his mythical status as a man from the underworld, that he has informants in the police, prosecutor's office...", the journalist pointed out.
The Bulgarian company from the network of the crypto queen continues to work. "It has employees, provides 25-30 people. Undisturbed," said Stoyanov.
