One of the girls - Lora Petkova, rehearsing in the premiere performance "Twelfth Night" of the Children's Studio at the theater, falls into a culvert in the orchestra of the theater at a height of about two meters. The fall is backwards, where he hits his head and suffers a traumatic brain injury. An emergency operation was performed yesterday. The child is 16 years old. He was admitted for treatment at "Dr. Georgi Stranski" hospital.
"There is an investigation by the police and the prosecutor's office, an internal inspection has also been appointed," Kabakov also said. He added that all administrative requirements regarding the children's stay in the theater - safety briefings and other requirements, according to the instructions of the Labor Inspectorate, have been made.

He also announced that the Minister of Culture Nayden Todorov proposed to send the helicopter for emergency medical assistance by air to transport the child to the "Pirogov" hospital. The mayor of the municipality of Pleven, Dr. Valentin Hristov, also contacted the director of the theater and offered help, as he discussed the case with his fellow doctors and they are of the opinion that the specialists in Pleven are very good and everything necessary has been done .
