Ismail left Bulgaria 35 years ago

"They forced us. I lived in Dobrichko, the village of Glavantsi," the man told Bulgaria ON AIR.

He speaks about Bulgaria with emotion.

"Sometimes I feel like going back, but there is no life in the village. To go to the city, I don't have that much money," says Ismail.

He demands from the rulers in Bulgaria constancy and unity.

"In 5 years a government must be made, in 6 months nothing can be done. Life in Bulgaria is better", Ismail is convinced.

For Fakrie, voting is a duty.

"I have a house in Bulgaria, but I only go to visit," said the woman.

Their demands are for pensions to be increased, for there to be a future for young people, who should stop fleeing abroad.
